Refund Policy - the basics
All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not off refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is approved. Please review your design, size, and order details carefully before approving. if there is an error on our end, we will work with you to correct the issue.
What to include in the Refund Policy
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
